I'm pretty much an idiot for not posting this when it was more relevant.
It is a picture of Jean Chretien. It made a little appearance on The Rick Mercer Report.
A lot of people laughed and I was happy. So now If you look up my name on google you will find Rick Mercer's blog page... and my website is somewhere down in 10th place.
